Delivery

Delivery is free for all orders to the UK via Royal Mail First Class Delivery.

For Free Postage and Packaging we will despatch your order the next working day by 1st Class Mail.

Articles of a more expensive nature will be despatched via Royal Mail Signed For service*, this will allow the item to be 'Track and Trace' using Royal Mail's website. Parcel tracking numbers will be provided on the dispatch confirmation emails.

Next Day Delivery before 1pm is subject to the conditions as detailed on the Royal Mail website, this service is subject to restrictions.

*Recorded Signed For Delivery is not a guaranteed service and delivery times range from 1 - 5 days** depending upon Royal Mail. Any goods not received after 28 days from date of shipping will be considered lost and refunded after 28 days have elapsed from the shipping date.

* Guaranteed delivery date subject to Royal Mail fulfilling their obligation

** 80% of Recorded Delivery parcels arrive the next day, but please be aware that delivery can take up to 10 working days.
